Investor Relations Manager

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000 - $123,000 per year, combining base salary, commissions, and performance-based incentives
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (20 Vacation Days–13 Personal Days–US Holidays–12 weeks Paternity Leave), health, dental, vision, life, LTD, 401k matching, flexibility, and more
Qualifications:
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, account management, sales, or related experience, demonstrating revenue-generating success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Residency within the Rapid City region required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
